In particular we want to remind you that:
- the town of Venice asks for the payment of the Tourist Tax, which must be collected by the host, in cash, at the departure of the guests, with the issue of a receipt (here you will find the official infos)
- upon check-in a security deposit (150.00 €) will be requested for any damages. It will be requested in cash (as a practice for the apartments) and returned at check-out
