How do we reach the property if we arrive by train?
We are located directly opposite the Santa Lucia railway station.

The building has its own landing stage on the Grand Canal, allowing water taxis from the airport to dock directly at the property.
Alternatively, you can arrive at Piazzale Roma (the only area in the city accessible to cars and buses) by taxi or shuttle bus; from there, it is less than a 10-minute walk to the property.

Yes, upon request and subject to availability, we can store your luggage from 10:00 AM until your check-in time.
